# Shareholders of RXHT, Shanghai Guoshi and its concerted parties, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RXHT (300828.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Guoshi Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shanghai Guoshi") and its concerted action party Shanghai Guosheng Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shanghai Guosheng") plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 4.9493 million shares (accounting for no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital excluding the shares in the repurchase special account) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from August 18, 2025, to November 17, 2025)
