According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JC Interconnect (002530.SZ) announced that its shareholder Dongfang Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Japan Dongfang") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 19.4798 million shares (accounting for 2.50% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
