SKYLIGHT HLDG (03882.HK) announced that its controlling shareholder and chairman, Deng Rongfang, has entered into an agreement to place 90 million shares, accounting for approximately 8.92% of the company's equity, at a placement price of HKD 0.91, representing a discount of 9.9% compared to the last trading day (25th), which will raise approximately HKD 81.9 million. After completion, Mr. Deng's shareholding in the company will decrease to 42.46%
