# Senior's subsidiary in Singapore submitted the "Large Holdings Report"

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Senior (300568.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Senior International Holdings (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Singapore Senior"), has exceeded a 5% shareholding in Ferrotec Corporation (stock code: 6890.T), requiring the shareholder to submit a "Large Shareholding Report" to the Japanese Ministry of Finance. Recently, Singapore Senior submitted the "Large Shareholding Report" to the Japanese Ministry of Finance, with the main declaration content as follows: "Singapore Senior has held more than 5% of the total share capital of Ferrotec Corporation."
