LOLO: Liang Qichao resigned as General Manager, and Ding Xingxian succeeded him
On July 28, LOLO announced that the company recently received a resignation letter from General Manager Liang Qichao, who applied to resign from the position of General Manager for personal reasons. After resigning, Liang Qichao will no longer serve as General Manager but will continue to hold the positions of Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the company. The company held the first extraordinary meeting of the eighth board of directors on July 28, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of the company's General Manager. The board of directors decided to appoint Ding Xingxian as the General Manager of the company, and he will no longer serve as the Deputy General Manager
