# KALE ENVIRONMENTAL's subsidiary plans to invest 10 million yuan in Suzhou Guanlan Bopu

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KALE ENVIRONMENTAL (301070.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary HaoLe (Shanghai) Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "HaoLe Technology") has signed a partnership agreement with the professional investment institution Suzhou Shanhai Guanlan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guanlan Investment") and individuals Yang Xiuqing and Fu Yufan to jointly invest in the establishment of Suzhou Guanlan Beipu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital of the partnership is 30 million yuan, with HaoLe Technology contributing 10 million yuan, accounting for 33.33%. This investment will help improve the efficiency of using idle self-owned funds and the effectiveness of capital operations
