# JXAC: Obtained a loan increase of 90 million yuan from ABC

JXAC announced that its controlling shareholder, JX Group, received a "Loan Commitment Letter" from the Taiyuan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, which intends to provide a loan limit of RMB 90 million for a term of 3 years, solely for the purpose of increasing its holdings in the company's stock; the increase plan by JX Group will be implemented within 12 months starting from April 9, 2025, with an intended investment of no less than RMB 50 million and no more than RMB 100 million, and the proportion of increased shares will not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital
