# Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau: Take corrective measures against HuiZhou Intelligence, and the company should promptly relieve Chen Youde of his director position

On July 28, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau website published a decision to impose corrective measures on HuiZhou Intelligence Technology Group Co., Ltd. The company's director, Chen Youde, was confirmed by the People's Court as a dishonest executor for "refusing to fulfill obligations determined by effective legal documents despite having the ability to do so." The above situation constitutes a scenario described in Article 178, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Company Law, which prohibits serving as a director, supervisor, or senior management personnel, thus violating relevant regulations. In accordance with relevant regulations, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take supervisory measures to order corrective actions for the company and record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market. The company should promptly relieve Chen Youde of his director position, enhance awareness of standardized operations, and submit a written rectification report to our bureau within 10 working days from the date of receipt of this decision
