Galaxy Magnets announced that the company's director and general manager, Wu Zhijian, originally planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.55 million shares, accounting for 0.7891% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure on May 15, 2025. As of July 28, 2025, he has reduced his holdings by 1.952 million shares at an average price of 30.13 yuan per share, accounting for 0.6041% of the company's total share capital. He has decided to terminate the reduction plan early and will not reduce his holdings during the remaining period, thus ending the implementation of the reduction plan
