# HuiZhou Intelligence: Director Chen Youde resigned due to being an untrustworthy person subject to enforcement

HuiZhou Intelligence announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from director Chen Youde on July 28, 2025. Mr. Chen Youde applied to resign from his position as a director of the company's eighth board of directors due to being confirmed as a dishonest person by the people's court. After his resignation, he will not hold any position in the company or its holding subsidiaries. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Chen Youde does not hold any company shares and there are no commitments that he should fulfill but has not fulfilled
