Baida Precision announced that Hangzhou Chonghu Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Chonghu - Yunsu No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund reduced its holdings by 1.368 million shares through centralized bidding from April 28, 2025, to July 27, 2025, and reduced its holdings by 4.04 million shares through block trading, totaling a reduction of 5.408 million shares, accounting for 2.67% of the total shares. The transaction price range was between 10.15 and 11.76 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 57.5286 million yuan; after the reduction, the remaining shares held were 11.5173 million shares, accounting for 5.70%, with 657,300 shares still planned for reduction
