# HONGDA NEW MATERIAL: The company's controlling shareholder intends to change to Zhu Enwei, transferring shares accounting for 22.52% of the total share capital

HONGDA NEW MATERIAL announced that the company's controlling shareholder Jiangsu Weilen and the actual controller Zhu Enwei signed the "Share Transfer Agreement" on July 26, 2025. Jiangsu Weilen intends to transfer its 97,410,619 shares of the company to Zhu Enwei. After the completion of this equity transfer, the actual controller of the company will still be Zhu Enwei, and the controlling shareholder will change from Jiangsu Weilen to Zhu Enwei. The transfer price is 2.717 yuan per share, with a total payment of 265 million yuan. This matter still needs to be processed for share transfer procedures after compliance confirmation by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange
