# XEMC plans to acquire a 12.5% equity stake in Tongda Electromagnetic Energy for 208 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XEMC (600416.SH) plans to acquire 12.5% of the equity of Tongda Electromagnetic Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongda Electromagnetic Energy" or "target company") held by its controlling shareholder, XEMC Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XEMC Group") in cash. The transaction price for the 12.5% equity of Tongda Electromagnetic Energy is RMB 208 million.

The announcement states that Tongda Electromagnetic Energy has become an important R&D and manufacturing company in China's electromagnetic energy and motor industry, with its main business having accumulated certain advantages in the industry. It has a high degree of synergy with the company's main businesses in electromagnetic energy, motors, and special products, and its operating performance continues to improve, showing good growth potential
