# JQH shareholders Shenzhen Yuan Zhi Fu Hai High-tech Investment Enterprise plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, JQH (002885.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Yuan Zhi Fu Hai High-tech Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) plans to reduce its holdings of some company shares through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure date of this reduction pre-disclosure announcement (from August 19, 2025, to November 18, 2025, excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited by laws and regulations). The total number of shares intended for reduction is 2.6936 million shares (accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account)
