# JACOBSON PHARMA: Lu Tinglong appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JACOBSON PHARMA (02633) announced that Lu Tinglong has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director and a member of the company's audit committee, as well as the chairman of the risk management committee and the environmental, social, and governance committee, effective from July 28, 2025, following Professor Lin's resignation.

The company's executive director Mr. Yan Zhenliang has resigned as a member of the company's nomination committee, while the company's executive director Ms. Pan Yuhui has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee, effective from July 28, 2025
