# BOE invested in Xianyang CDD Optoelectronics Technology Company, holding a 30% stake

36Kr learned that the Aiqicha App shows that recently, Xianyang Rainbow Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. added as a shareholder, and several executives changed. Xianyang Rainbow Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2015, with Xue Shouwen as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 14.25 billion yuan. Shareholder information shows that the company is currently jointly held by Rainbow Display Device Co., Ltd., BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., Xianyang Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Xianyang Zhongdian Rainbow Group Holding Co., Ltd. Previously, both BOE and Rainbow announced that they had signed a "Share Transfer Agreement," with BOE intending to acquire 30% of the equity of Rainbow Optoelectronics, the main company under Rainbow Display, for 4.849 billion yuan
