According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UIGreen (688661.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer all of its investment shares (subscribed capital of 20 million yuan, paid-in capital of 6 million yuan) and corresponding property shares in Shunrong Jinqi Phase IV to the new limited partners Suzhou Minxin Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Anjie Capital Investment Co., Ltd., and Wang Qiang. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Shunrong Jinqi Phase IV
