SSET: The joint venture company established in collaboration with Shudao Group and Toyota Motor has completed its business registration

SSET announced that recently, the joint venture company has passed the domestic and foreign operators' concentration review. The joint venture company, SSET Toyota Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., established in collaboration with SSET Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Toyota Motor Corporation, has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures, with a registered capital of 236 million yuan. The joint venture will engage in the production, sales, after-sales service, and development of hydrogen fuel cell systems, hydrogen fuel cell stacks, and components. Currently, the fuel cell production line project of the joint venture has completed the site selection and overall design work of the factory, and it is expected to be completed and put into production in the fourth quarter of 2025
