# Dagang Holding: 19.29 million shares of stock were auctioned off by judicial sale

Dagang Holding announced that the People's Court of Futian District, Shenzhen, will publicly auction 19.29 million shares of the company held by shareholder Yingqi Management from July 28 to 29, 2025. This auction is divided into 10 auction items. As of the announcement date, the auction has been completed, with the bidding result being 19.29 million shares sold for 106 million yuan, accounting for 44.16% of the shares held by Yingqi Management and 6.07% of the company's total share capital. This auction will result in a passive reduction of shares for Yingqi Management, but it will not lead to a change in the company's control nor will it affect the normal production and operation of the company
