According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GOODWILL (688246.SH) announced that its shareholder Guoshou Chengda (Shanghai) Health Industry Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guoshou Chengda") intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading, totaling no more than 4.1276 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
