# TTC: The closing price of "Tianlu Convertible Bonds" on July 29 was 481.8 yuan per bond, a premium of 381.8% relative to the face value

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tibet Tianlu (600326.SH) announced that the "Tianlu Convertible Bond" experienced a cumulative closing price deviation of over 100% during the 7 consecutive trading days from July 21 to July 29, which constitutes a severe abnormal fluctuation in convertible bond trading.

As of July 29, 2025, the closing price of the "Tianlu Convertible Bond" was 481.80 yuan per share, representing a premium of 381.80% over the face value, with a conversion premium rate of 16.60%
