NBEG: Plans to invest 15 million yuan in a compressed air centralized gas supply project

On July 29th, NBEG announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wangjiang Ningneng Thermal Power Co., Ltd., invested RMB 15 million in cash to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Wangjiang Ningneng Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd., to carry out a compressed air centralized gas supply project. The new company's business scope includes heat production and supply, cooling services, and research and development of emerging energy technologies. This investment does not require submission for board or shareholder meeting review, does not involve related party transactions, and does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The new company will be included in NBEG's consolidated financial statements, which will help enhance the company's operational capabilities and core competitiveness, but there are multiple risks such as policy regulations, macroeconomic factors, and industry cycles
