# ABACHEM terminates the plan to acquire control of Haotian Technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ABACHEM (300261.SZ) announced that the company previously planned to use its own funds and/or self-raised funds to invest in acquiring a portion of the existing shares of the target company Gansu Haotian Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haotian Technology") and/or subscribe for a certain amount of newly registered capital of Haotian Technology. Through this transaction, the company intends to further utilize methods including but not limited to voting rights entrustment to achieve control over Haotian Technology and consolidate its financial statements.

The company optimized and validated the transaction plan based on the implementation of its business and conducted multiple rounds of negotiations with Haotian Technology, but failed to reach a consensus on core terms that meet the company's business development needs. After careful research and friendly consultation with the counterparty, the company intends to terminate this external investment matter
