According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Motic Electric (300341.SZ) announced that its shareholder Jiaxing Jiayi Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) plans to reduce its holdings of 5.1741 million shares of the company (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
