# TDii shareholder Wu Qichuang plans to reduce holdings by no more than 2.08% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tongding Huitong (002491.SZ) announced that its shareholder Soochow Venture Capital Co., Ltd. - Suzhou Wuqi Chuangji Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Wuqi Chuangji") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 25.59 million shares (not exceeding 2.08% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding on the stock exchange or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
