# Runhe High-Tech Materials plans to grant 5 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Runhe High-Tech Materials (300727.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, which grants a total of 5 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients (with 4.185 million restricted shares granted in the first grant). A total of 91 individuals will receive the first grant of restricted shares, with a grant price of RMB 14.00 per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted shares until all granted restricted shares have fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 48 months
