# SG GROUP HLDGS released its annual performance, reporting a loss of HKD 6.041 million for the year, a year-on-year decrease of 63.52%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SG GROUP HLDGS (01657) announced its annual results for the year ending April 30, 2025. The company reported revenue of HKD 150 million, an increase of 25.11% year-on-year; a loss of HKD 6.041 million for the year, a decrease of 63.52% year-on-year; and a basic loss per share of HKD 0.189.

The announcement stated that the reduction in loss was mainly due to the increase in revenue and gross profit from supplying clothing products and providing institutional catering services to private institutions, as well as the decrease in the net loss of financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss that were realized and unrealized during the year
