# Stag Industrial Q2 core FFO narrowly tops consensus as expenses slide

> Stag Industrial (NYSE:STAG) reported Q2 core funds from operations (FFO) of $0.63 per share, surpassing analyst expectations of $0.62. Revenue reached $207.6M, exceeding the forecast of $205.4M. Total expenses decreased to $128.6M from $131.5M in Q1. The occupancy rate improved to 96.3%. The company also acquired three buildings for $43.3M during the quarter. STAG shares rose 0.4% in after-hours trading. A conference call is scheduled for July 30 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
