JINFEI KAIDA: The controlling shareholder Ruiqi Investment has lifted the pledge of 15 million shares
On July 30th, JINFEI KAIDA announced that its shareholder Ruqi Investment has lifted the pledge on 15 million shares, accounting for 32.02% of its holdings and 2.50% of the company's total share capital. After the pledge is lifted, Ruqi Investment still holds 10 million pledged shares, accounting for 21.53% of its holdings and 1.67% of the company's total share capital
