On July 30th, Liaoning Energy announced that the company decided to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.032 per share based on a total share capital of 1,322,017,394 shares, totaling a cash dividend distribution of RMB 42,304,556.61. The equity registration date is August 6, 2025, and both the ex-dividend date and the cash dividend payment date are August 7, 2025. This dividend plan has been approved by the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 27, 2025
