Sinosoft announced that Beijing Kersoft Chuangyuan Software Technology Co., Ltd. will reduce its holdings by 8.3104 million shares and 8.3104 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, respectively, from July 2, 2025, to July 30, 2025, totaling a reduction of 16.6208 million shares, accounting for 2% of the company's total shares. The reduction price range is between 17.51 and 21.15 yuan/share, with a transaction amount of 315 million yuan. After the reduction, its holdings will be 178 million shares, accounting for 21.45%.
