# BJCA: The company's controlling shareholder will change to Beijing Data Group

On the evening of July 30, BJCA announced that on July 30, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Beijing State-owned Assets Management Company, regarding the implementation of the Beijing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's decision to establish Beijing Data Group. After research by the Beijing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and approval from the municipal party committee and government, it was decided to establish Beijing Data Group Co., Ltd. To facilitate the establishment of Beijing Data Group, Beijing State-owned Assets Management Company plans to transfer its holdings in Shouxin Co., Ltd. and BJCA's state-owned equity to Beijing Data Group free of charge and will advance the relevant legal procedures for the equity transfer with the relevant parties. After the completion of this transfer, the company's controlling shareholder will change to Beijing Data Group, while the actual controller will still be Beijing State-owned Assets Management Company
