# Beijing JCZ Technology plans to issue additional shares to acquire 55% equity in Changchun Samit Optoelectronics and raise matching funds. The stock is suspended from trading

According to the announcement from Beijing JCZ Technology (688291.SH), the company is planning to acquire 55% of the equity of Changchun Samit Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Samit") through the issuance of shares and cash payment, while also planning to raise supporting funds ("this transaction"). Preliminary calculations indicate that this transaction is not expected to constitute a major asset reorganization. Upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from July 31, 2025 (Thursday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days.

The announcement shows that Samit's business scope includes: research and development, production, and sales of optoelectronic instruments, optoelectronic equipment, and electromechanical equipment; technical consulting and technical services; research and development and sales of computer software and hardware; research and development and sales of motors; and sales of optical components and electronic components
