# GUANGDONG AOFEI DATA TECHNOLOGY's subsidiary AOFEI New Energy plans to apply for listing on the New Third Board

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Guangdong Aofei New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aofei New Energy"), a subsidiary controlled by Aofei Data (300738.SZ), has received approval from the company's board of directors and supervisory board to apply for public transfer and listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), and has authorized the management of the company and Aofei New Energy to handle the relevant matters for Aofei New Energy's listing on the New Third Board.

The announcement shows that Aofei New Energy is positioned as a new generation smart energy operator, deeply exploring the close integration of new energy and AI technology with leading IT systems and digital technology. It mainly focuses on the investment and development of distributed commercial and industrial photovoltaic power stations, technology research and development, and operation and maintenance services, providing one-stop green energy solutions, while building a "digitally driven, multi-energy collaboration, and market interconnection" smart operation platform for the energy internet
