The pledge start dates are July 28, 2025, and July 29, 2025, with the pledgee being CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is for business needs. At the same time, the controlling shareholder has released the pledge on 25.2 million shares, accounting for 13.51% of its holdings and 2.90% of the company's total share capital. After this pledge and release of pledge, the controlling shareholder has cumulatively pledged 69.4755 million shares, accounting for 37.24% of its holdings and 7.99% of the company's total share capital
