On July 30th, Polyrocks announced that the board of directors agreed to elect Mr. Chen Gang as the chairman of the seventh board of directors, to be an executive director of the company and serve as the legal representative of the company. It was agreed to appoint Yang Zhonghe as the general manager of the company, Liu Penghui and Li Xinhao as deputy general managers, Wu Yang as the chief financial officer, and Bao Wei as the secretary of the board of directors. Their terms will be consistent with the current board of directors' term
