# ZONECO: Plans to jointly invest with Haifa Group and others to establish a joint venture company

ZONECO announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Dalian Zoneco Marine Development Group Co., Ltd., Dalian Maritime University Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Dalian Haifa Zhichuang Technology Development Center to establish a joint venture company. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 37.5 million yuan, with Haifa Group contributing 19.125 million yuan for a 51% stake; Zoneco contributing 3.375 million yuan for a 9% stake; Dalian Maritime University Investment Management contributing 3 million yuan for an 8% stake; and Haifa Zhichuang Technology contributing 12 million yuan for a 32% stake. The business scope of the joint venture company includes the manufacturing and sales of underwater systems and operational equipment, sales of marine engineering equipment, and manufacturing of diving rescue equipment
