# HC CHEMICAL's control may change hands, trading suspended from July 31

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HC CHEMICAL (000953.SZ) announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder Ningbo Yinyi Holdings Co., Ltd., which is planning to transfer equity. This matter may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. Currently, no formal transaction agreements have been signed by the parties involved, and further verification and negotiation on the related matters are planned.

The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of July 31, 2025 (Thursday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
