According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sinexcel Electric (300693.SZ) stated that its shareholder Mr. Sheng Jianming plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.1108 million shares (accounting for 0.9969% of the total share capital of the company after excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the pre-disclosure announcement
