# JH Group plans to launch the first phase of the JH Navigation Employee Stock Ownership Plan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JH Group (603518.SH) has released the draft for the first phase of the JH Group Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The total planned shares for this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 2,406,833.66 shares, with each share being the unit of subscription. The subscription price for each share is RMB 1.00, with a total fundraising cap of RMB 2,406,833.66. The funding sources include employees' legal salaries, self-raised funds, and other methods permitted by laws and regulations. The company will not provide any financial assistance to holders in the form of advances, guarantees, loans, etc.

The duration of this stock ownership plan is 48 months; the lock-up period for the stock ownership plan is 24 months, calculated from the date the company announces the completion of the last purchase of the target stock. After the lock-up period expires, the corresponding target stocks of this employee stock ownership plan will be unlocked in one go
