# KAILONG: Luo Shihua serves as the chairman of the company

KAILONG announced on July 30 that the board of directors agreed to elect Luo Shihua as the chairman of the company's ninth board of directors, with a term of three years, starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the term of the company's ninth board of directors expires. The board also agreed to appoint Shao Feng as the general manager of the company, appoint Zhang Yong, Lu Weidong, and Liu Zhe as deputy general managers, appoint Sun Jie as the board secretary and general legal counsel of the company, appoint Han Xuejun as the chief engineer of the company, appoint Li Jiabing as the safety director of the company, appoint Jiang Xuerui as the chief financial officer of the company, appoint Yu Ping as the representative for securities affairs of the company, and appoint Zhu Yu as the head of the internal audit institution of the company
