# Two directors of JIANGNAN YIFAN plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.8168% of the shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIANGNAN YIFAN (301023.SZ) announced that the company's director and shareholder holding more than 5% of shares, Mr. Chen Yuanji, along with his concerted action partner, director and shareholder holding more than 5%, Ms. Gong Jianfen, plan to reduce their holdings in the company from August 21, 2025, to November 19, 2025. They intend to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 777,900 shares (accounting for 1.0000% of the total share capital after deducting the company's repurchased shares) and through block trading by no more than 635,400 shares (accounting for 0.8168% of the total share capital after deducting the company's repurchased shares)
