# BUZZ-Embraer jumps after aircraft excluded from US tariffs on Brazil

Sao Paulo-shares of Embraer soar more than 10.5% in afternoon trading, making it the biggest gainer on benchmark stock index Bovespa (.BVSP) , which is up 1%

Embraer’s chief executive said earlier this month that the 50% tariff could hammer the revenue of the planemaker like the COVID-19 pandemic did

Citi analysts say Embraer was “the main beneficiary” of the exemptions ($1 = 5.5751 reais)
