According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SILVERY DRAGON PRESTRESSED MATERIALS (603969.SH) announced that in order to meet the company's strategic development needs and industrial synergy effects, and to further deepen cooperation, the company has jointly invested with Beijing Honghui International Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Honghui") and Botong (Tianjin) Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Botong Investment") to establish an industrial fund and sign a partnership agreement. The partnership will mainly invest in projects related to the new energy industry and energy storage field. The total amount of this investment fund is 96 million yuan, of which Tianjin SILVERY DRAGON PRESTRESSED MATERIALS Co., Ltd. contributes 81.504 million yuan as a limited partner
