# ST Sinopep received the drug registration certificate for injectable Acetate of Sunitinib and Agomelatine tablets

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST Sinopep (688076.SH) announced that the company recently received the "Drug Registration Certificate" for injectable Acetate Cetrorelix and Agomelatine tablets approved by the National Medical Products Administration.

The announcement shows that Acetate Cetrorelix, as a third-generation GnRH antagonist, has unique clinical advantages in assisted reproductive technology compared to other similar drugs (such as GnRH agonists or other antagonists like Ganirelix). Acetate Cetrorelix significantly outperforms GnRH agonists in terms of onset speed, safety (prevention of OHSS), shortened treatment cycles, and patient tolerance, and has milder injection reactions compared to other antagonists (such as Ganirelix), making it an efficient and flexible choice in assisted reproduction.

Agomelatine, as a new type of antidepressant, has a unique and innovative dual mechanism of action compared to common antidepressants such as SSRIs (like Sertraline, Fluoxetine), SNRIs (like Venlafaxine), and NaSSA (like Mirtazapine). It is the only antidepressant that rapidly improves sleep without affecting daytime functioning.
