# KHB: Luo Fang resigns as Chief Financial Officer, Zang Xianfeng takes over

KHB announced on July 31 that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Luo Fang. Luo Fang resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to retirement and also resigned from other positions held in the company's subsidiaries. The resignation letter takes effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. The company held the 14th meeting of the 10th board of directors on July 31, 2025, and approved the proposal on the appointment of the Chief Financial Officer, appointing Zang Xianfeng as the Chief Financial Officer, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the term of the 10th board of directors
