# SMARTGEN: Plans to invest 41 million yuan to subscribe for 12% equity in Guangjian Cloud

On July 31, SMARTGEN announced that the company signed an agreement with Beijing Guangjian Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. to subscribe for an additional registered capital of RMB 41 million for Guangjian Cloud, accounting for 12% of its equity. This investment aims to optimize the company's industrial layout, enhance market competitiveness, and better meet strategic development needs. The transaction funds come from the company's own funds, paid in two installments, and will not be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, thus not having a significant impact on the company's performance. After the transaction is completed, Guangjian Cloud will continue to operate independently, without involving personnel placement, land leasing, debt restructuring, and other situations. Guangjian Cloud's main business covers artificial intelligence basic software development, smart hardware, large models, industry solutions, data labeling, and basic services
