# Zhejiang Meida: Termination of the execution of certain provisions in the shareholder agreement

Zhejiang Meida announced that the company will hold the 13th meeting of the fifth board of directors on July 31, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on signing a supplementary agreement for external investment matters. According to the proposal, the company agrees to sign a supplementary agreement on the shareholder agreement of the target company with the target company and its shareholders and other related parties, terminating the execution of certain provisions regarding special rights of specific shareholders in the shareholder agreement.
