Donghua Software announced that the actual controller Xue Xiangdong will reduce his holdings by 24.4028 million shares through centralized bidding from June 27 to July 30, 2025, with a reduction ratio of 0.76% and an average reduction price of 9.51 yuan/share; the concerted actor Guo Yumei will reduce her holdings by 7.6483 million shares from June 4 to June 30, 2025, with a reduction ratio of 0.24% and an average reduction price of 9.32 yuan/share; director and deputy general manager Li Jianguo will reduce his holdings by 150,000 shares from July 23 to July 25, 2025, with a reduction ratio of 0.0047% and an average reduction price of 9.55 yuan/share; board secretary Lin Wenping will reduce his holdings by 87,375 shares from June 3 to July 30, 2025, with a reduction ratio of 0.0027% and an average reduction price of 9.2 yuan/share. This reduction plan has been fully implemented
