# HUCD jointly won a residential land plot in Hefei City

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hefei Urban Construction (002208.SZ) announced that the company, along with its partner China Real Estate Development Hefei Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongfang Hefei"), jointly participated in the land use rights transfer activity organized by the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning on July 31, 2025. Through a bidding process, they acquired the land parcel XZ202501 located in the New Station District of Hefei City. The parcel is situated north of the North Second Ring Road and west of Luling Road, covering an area of 130.72 acres, with a transfer period of 70 years. The planned use is residential, with a floor area ratio of ≤1.3. The total amount for the land use rights transfer is RMB 980 million, which will be funded by the company and Zhongfang Hefei
